Job Title : English & Social Studies (SST) Teacher – Grades 6 to 10 School : Innovera School Location : Loni Kalbhor, Pune Position Type : Full-time Qualification : TGT/PGT (Trained Graduate Teacher / Post Graduate Teacher) Experience : Minimum 2 years Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) Job Summary Innovera School is seeking a passionate and dedicated English and Social Studies Teacher to teach students from Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a student-centered teaching approach. We're looking for educators who are enthusiastic, friendly, and able to create an engaging and well-managed classroom environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in English and Social Studies (SST) as per the curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and curiosity. Use diverse teaching strategies and tools to cater to varied learning styles and abilities. Assess and monitor student progress regularly; provide constructive feedback. Maintain proper discipline and classroom management. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and development. Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings. Required Qualifications & Skills TGT or PGT in English/Social Studies or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong classroom management and organizational abilities. Friendly, patient, and engaging with children. Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty and staff. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms. Ability to contribute to co-curricular activities and school development initiatives.
