We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic professionals to manage inbound business opportunities. Role OverviewAs a Business Development (Inbound) Executive, you will handle and convert inbound leads into active business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their requirements, building relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding with Labridge. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls, emails, and website/portal leads from prospective clients. Understand client requirements and present Labridge’s offerings effectively. Convert inquiries into business by following up, negotiating, and closing deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM. Coordinate with operations and service teams for smooth client onboarding. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Share feedback and market insights with the leadership team for strategy improvement. Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales / client servicing / business development. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong listening and problem-solving ability. Confidence in handling client queries and negotiating deals. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
