Telesales Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Explain products or services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Update CRM systems with all customer interactions and outcomes. Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve sales strategies. Handle customer objections and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. RequirementsProven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Preferred AttributesPositive attitude and a strong work ethic.
