Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Explain products or services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Handle urgent pickups with high priority and maintain the committed Turnaround Time (TAT). Deliver medical reports when required. Maintain pickup logs and coordinate closely with the operations team. Follow all medical sample handling and hygiene protocols.
