We are expanding our team and looking for skilled Laboratory Technicians to deliver accurate and timely results to our partner labs and clients. Key Responsibilities:Perform sample processing and testing (Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunoassay, etc.) as per standard protocols. Ensure accurate entry, validation, and release of reports. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment with proper calibration and quality checks. Adhere to NABL/ISO quality standards and internal SOPs. Coordinate with operations and logistics team for smooth sample workflow. Maintain records of tests, QC logs, and consumables. Follow strict safety, hygiene, and bio-waste disposal guidelines. Requirements:DMLT / BMLT / MLT degree or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of experience in a diagnostic lab (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply). Familiarity with automated analyzers, PCR handling, and manual techniques. Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and team spirit. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
