Business Development Executive Company: Kypas Solar Power Pvt Ltd Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (and surrounding territories) Role Type: Full-time, Field-based Salary: Basic Salary + TA + Incentives & Bonus (Cumulative 52000 to 70000). About the Role: We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is at the forefront of the solar revolution, requiring you to identify potential residential and commercial clients, conduct site surveys, and close deals for rooftop solar installations. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door outreach and local stall marketing, association & community meetings to identify home owners interested in solar energy. Sales Conversion: Educate customers on the benefits of On-Grid systems, the PM Surya Ghar subsidy (up to ₹78,000), and how to achieve a "0" electricity bill. Site Surveys: Perform preliminary rooftop assessments to evaluate solar potential and provide initial technical advice (site dimensions, required electricity details). Customer Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial consultation to documentation for subsidy applications and EMI financing. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM tools. Mandatory Criteria: Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any stream. Experience: 1+ years of experience in Field Sales, B2B, or B2C (Solar industry experience is a major plus). Vehicle: Ownership of a two-wheeler (Scooty/Bike) with a valid driving license is mandatory for daily field travel. Languages: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory; proficiency in English is required. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a "hunter" mentality. Ability to explain technical solar concepts (like Net Metering or ROI) in simple terms to customers. Resilience and self-motivation to operate in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Familiarity with the local geography of Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
