Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: Globe Communication Location: Thane Office (Work From Office Only) Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM About Globe CommunicationGlobe Communication is a digital communication & AI solutions company offering services like Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS, Voice Calls, Missed Call Services, Virtual Numbers, Chatbots and more. We help businesses communicate smarter, faster, and more effectively with their customers. Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive for our Thane office. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term client relationships for our digital communication services. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other channels. Explain and promote Globe Communication’s services such as Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS, Voice Solutions, etc. Fix meetings (online/offline) with prospects and give product/service presentations. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable communication and AI-based solutions. Follow up with prospects regularly to move leads through the sales funnel and close deals. Maintain and update lead / client data in CRM or tracking sheets. Coordinate with the technical/support team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth of the Thane branch. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business. Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: 1–3 years in sales / business development (preferably in digital marketing, telecom, SaaS, IT, or communication services). Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing / Sales will be an added advantage, but not mandatory). Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi will be an advantage. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Comfortable with cold calling and meeting corporate clients / SMEs. Basic understanding of digital communication tools (SMS, WhatsApp, APIs, CRM, etc.) will be preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
