Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or cleaning equipment. This role requires strategic thinking, strong networking skills, and a passion for driving growth through innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:  Identify and develop new business opportunities in sectors such as facility management, smart cities, municipalities, hospitals, manufacturing units, and large commercial complexes.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry stakeholders.  Understand customer needs and present solutions using our robotic cleaning products.  Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.  Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.  Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, product development) to tailor offerings for clients.  Participate in industry events, expos, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and generate leads.  Provide market feedback to the product and R&D teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills:  bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).  3–6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or cleaning equipment industries.  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.  Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Tech-savvy with a keen interest in robotics and automation.  Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.  Willingness to travel as required.
