Job Summary: As a Field Service Engineer at our robotics company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support and services to our customers. Reporting: ○ Provide feedback to internal teams regarding common issues, potential improvements, and customer feedback. 10. Travel: ○ Travel to customer locations for installations, maintenance, and repairs as required. Qualifications:. 1. Education: ○ Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field preferred. Relevant experience and technical certifications may also be considered. 2. Technical Skills: ○ Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical components of robotic systems. ○ Ability to perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of robotic systems. ○ Understanding of electrical systems in robotics, including sensors, motor controllers, encoders, and power distribution. ○ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. ○ Awareness of safety measures when working with robots, including emergency stop procedures, risk assessment, and safeguarding. 3. Problem-Solving Skills: ○ Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 4. Communication: ○ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for customer interactions and team collaboration. 5.
