We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (Freshers) who are passionate about sales, communication, and career growth. This role starts as a 3-month internship with performance-based incentives and a clear path to a full-time position. *Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Explain company services clearly and confidently to prospective customers. Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the management. *Skills & Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing ability and customer-handling skills. Energetic, target-oriented, and willing to learn. Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred). Must be available for full-time, in-office internship. *What We Offer Fixed monthly stipend of ₹17,000 during internship. Performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000.
