Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover potential leads. Develop strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships. Sales: Promote and sell IT products (hardware, software) and services (managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.). Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with technical teams for smooth implementation. Strategic Planning: Contribute to sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams. Track sales targets and KPIs; generate regular performance reports. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with technical, marketing, and product development teams to align solutions with market demand. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field, BCA, BBA, MBA. 0 to 3 years of experience in IT sales and/or business development. Strong understanding of IT products and solutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and What's up marketing
