About the Role: We are looking for a high-performing Admission Manager who can lead our Business Development Executives (BDEs), conduct demo sessions for students & parents, and drive conversions to achieve admission targets . The Admission Manager will be responsible for both team performance and direct closures . Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly online demo sessions (Sundays 4–5 PM, additional sessions if required). Handle student/parent objections (fees, refund, scholarship doubts) and close admissions. Train and guide BDEs in lead qualification, pitch, and demo scheduling.
