Role & Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents regarding various career and academic options. Maintain follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions. Build strong client relationships through in-person meetings and phone calls. Conduct and attend client visits, seminars, and promotional activities in colleges. Understand student needs and provide tailored course or service recommendations. Achieve monthly admission and outreach targets under pressure and tight deadlines. Maintain accurate documentation of student interactions and conversions. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education, counseling, and student engagement. Willingness to travel for college visits and client meetings. Prior experience in counseling, marketing, or academic sales is a plus. Graduate in any stream; freshers may apply for Junior-level roles.
