Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for pharmaceutical formulations and APIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals and quotations. Participate in contract negotiations and close business deals. Collaborate with R&D, production, and regulatory teams to meet client requirements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Achieve sales targets and report on business development activities to senior management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales/business development, preferably in formulations and APIs. Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., USFDA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP) is a plus. Strong network of clients in domestic and/or export markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred Experience: Experience working with PCD, institutional, or export clients. Previous work with contract manufacturing (CDMO) or third-party manufacturing business models.
