Collaborating with internal teams (creative, media planning, digital, etc.) to develop effective advertising strategies and campaign plans aligned with client objectives. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set by the agency by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and to position the agency as a leader in the market. Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and to inform future decision-making.
