Role Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B leads through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels.
• Understand Avgira’s SaaS offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business success.
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the SaaS/tech industry.
• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and enterprise customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently.
