Pre-Sales Consultant – 3+ Years Experience

Experience Required:

Key Skills:

Strong ability to gather and analyze client requirements
Knowledge of IT/software solutions and capability to map them to business needs
Experience in preparing proposals, bids, and RFP/RFI responses
Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Good understanding of sales cycles, business development, and client engagement
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Interact with prospects to understand requirements and pain points
Propose suitable software solutions from Avgira’s portfolio to address client needs
Prepare and present proposals, bids, and demonstrations
Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and finalize solutions
Support BDE activities like lead follow-up and client discussions
Ensure smooth handover of finalized requirements to delivery teams
Assist sales management in driving revenue and building long-term client relationships
