We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore.
If you are enthusiastic about sales, client communication, global exposure, and business growth—this role is for you!
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for identifying new business leads, conducting market research, building client relationships, and supporting sales conversions.
From researching and reaching out to potential clients to managing leads in CRM and coordinating with internal teams — you’ll be actively driving business growth.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify & pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and online platforms
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct detailed market & competitor research
• Create and deliver impactful presentations, proposals & contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking & forecast updates
• Support strategic marketing & sales initiatives
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• 6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Zoho / Salesforce preferred)
• Good command over English (international client interaction involved)
• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently & in a team
