Job Title: Business Development Executive – Digital Transformation Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Experience: 2 to 4 years Salary (CTC): ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (PAN India) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Digital Transformation) to join our team at ANGLER Technologies. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, and client relationship management within the IT/Software services space, with a strong understanding of digital transformation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Promote digital transformation services including web applications, mobile solutions, cloud solutions, and automation tools. Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual/in-person) based on confirmed appointments. Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions. Work closely with the technical team to prepare proposals and RFPs. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain CRM systems with accurate lead and opportunity data. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Key Skills & Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital transformation or IT services. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach. Willingness to travel for client meetings based on appointments. Good knowledge of software services sales (ERP, CRM, cloud, web/mobile solutions). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. Previous experience in IT sales or SaaS-based solutions is a plus. Work Model: Hybrid Model: Combination of inside sales (remote/in-office) and on-site client visits based on appointments.
