Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Direct Outreach

  • Conduct

    outbound cold calls

    to potential clients across target industries, introducing our IT products and services.
  • Generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
  • Understand client requirements, pain points, and business objectives to position company offerings effectively.
  • Manage follow-ups through calls and emails to maintain consistent engagement with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and outcomes within CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly

    call volume, lead qualification, and conversion targets

  • Manage outreach campaigns through

    LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    and other social platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine

    messaging

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 23 years of proven experience in

    lead generation, digital marketing, or sales development

    within the

    IT/software industry

    .
  • Hands-on experience using

    AI-based and automation platforms

    (Apollo.io, Snov.io, Klenty, Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B cold calling

    or

    inside sales,

    B2B marketing

    ,

    CRM systems

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), and

    email marketing

    techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a confident phone presence.
