Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping drive company revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales, communication, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present, promote, and pitch products/services to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored business solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve the overall customer journey.
  • Maintain CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and pipeline development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales, IT services, SaaS, or relevant industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Language:

  • Hindi (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
