o Identify and target potential clients across industries through market research, cold outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
o Generate qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
o Engage with decision-makers (CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Directors) to understand their technology needs and pain points.
o Deliver tailored pitches showcasing our Company Services and solutions.
o Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress through stages (prospecting to closure).
o Analyze IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
o Stay updated on emerging technologies
o Create compelling proposals, highlight technical capabilities, scalability, and alignment with client objectives.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs while ensuring profitability.
o Close deals to meet/exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
o Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
o Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Provide regular updates on sales performance, market insights, and pipeline health.
