Position: Senior Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets for our services. Utilize LinkedIn platform to generate leads.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present Acquaint SoftTech's services in a compelling manner. Build strong relationships with clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough consultations with clients, understanding their specific requirements and recommending suitable solutions from our range of services. Provide accurate and detailed information to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized proposals and quotes based on client requirements. Ensure proposals are professional, persuasive, and align with the client's goals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure deals and close contracts. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the negotiation process.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the web and mobile app solution industry. Leverage this knowledge to identify newbusiness opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing professionals, to deliver exceptional client solutions. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and achieve shared business goals.


Qualifications:

● Graduate in any stream

● Must have at-least 2 years experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation Strategies

● Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the web and mobile app solutions industry

● Strong understanding of Web and Mobile App Development Services, Trends, Tech-Stack Basics ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely

● Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools

● Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and compliance standards
