Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the digital or creative industry, with a strong grasp of lead generation, follow-up strategy, CRM usage, and closing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels—LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, keeping accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Client Communication: Conduct discovery calls, pitch Ace Amaze’s services, and offer tailored digital solutions based on client needs.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Create proposals, negotiate terms, and confidently close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain client data, sales status, and performance tracking in CRM software. Generate timely reports for review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align service offerings and ensure smooth onboarding post-sale.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years of proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in digital marketing, media, or creative services)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Good understanding of sales tools such as email marketing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, lead databases, etc.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
