Digital Marketer Executive

We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketer to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing services and processes, along with experience managing both internal team members and external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple ongoing digital marketing projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with internal team members to assign daily tasks, track deliverables, and monitor performance
• Oversee freelance and remote teams, including video editors, graphic designers, content writers, and more
• Develop project plans and timelines, maintain trackers, and ensure all deadlines are consistently met
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals
• Proactively identify and resolve workflow or communication challenges across teams
• Provide regular progress updates to company leadership (daily or weekly as needed)
• Utilize tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar platforms for task management and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, such as social media management, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management and collaboration tools
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative, and deadline-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹29,388.02 per month
