Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Engineer based in Vadodara/Bharuch. The Business Development Engineer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, foster relationships with clients, and collaborate with the sales and engineering teams. The responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing proposals, developing strategies for market penetration, and delivering technical presentations to potential clients. The individual will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and translating client requirements into innovative engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, New Business Development, and Sales processes to identify and secure growth opportunities
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, assess data, and develop actionable strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, present solutions, and work collaboratively with internal teams
• Educational background in Engineering or a related field; prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
• Understanding of industrial and process engineering concepts is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with digital sales platforms is a plus
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
