Industry: Design & Manufacturing of Chemical Process Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, Tanks, Skids & Structural Fabrications) & Engineering Services. Roles & Responsibilities Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs for pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, reactors, and skids. Prepare structural fabrication drawings for platforms, supports, ladders, and access structures. Create and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) and piping isometric drawings. Interpret design inputs, datasheets, process flow diagrams, and customer specifications. Ensure all drawings conform to applicable standards (ASME Sec VIII Div 1, TEMA, IS, etc.). Coordinate with engineers, estimation, and shop floor teams for design accuracy and feasibility. Maintain drawing revision control and detailed drawing documentation. Assist in resolving design and drafting issues during fabrication and inspection. Candidate Profile ITI / Diploma/Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or other discipline. 2–6 years of drafting experience in pressure equipment, piping, or structural fabrication Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of 3D Modelling (SolidWorks / Inventor) will be preferred.
