RXN Electric works in power electronics and embedded systems.
We build custom hardware such as DC-DC converters, BMS, SMPS, drone/defense electronics, and other specialised hardware for industrial and R&D clients.
We are now expanding our business development function.
We are looking for a Business Development Engineer who can discover opportunities, nurture leads, and bring qualified prospects to the technical team for closure.
This is not a coordination role — it is focused on creating business conversations and building relationships.
• Identify potential clients in drones, defense, industrial OEMs, ESS, EV Tier-2, and R&D sectors
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking
• Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
• Qualify leads and understand high-level customer requirements
• Schedule and conduct initial discussions
• Prepare introductory proposals and capability presentations
• Coordinate internal inputs for pricing and technical reviews
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and movement of leads
• Support deal closure alongside the technical founder
• Maintain CRM / lead tracking documents
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers and senior engineers
• High follow-up discipline and structured working style
• Curiosity to understand technical products and concepts
• Self-driven attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior BD/sales experience (1–5 years) is welcome but not mandatory
• High-ownership role with direct impact on company growth
• Work closely with the founder and engineering team
• Exposure to deep-tech hardware and custom product development
• Fast learning environment with real responsibilities from day one
