• We are seeking an experienced and strategic 

  Business Development Consultant (Part-Time)

   to drive our business growth and client engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience, a well-rounded business network, and proven expertise in IT service sales. 
• You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and advising on strategies to expand our client base across domestic and international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets. 
• Leverage professional networks and strategic channels to identify and generate qualified leads. 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
• Develop tailored business proposals and negotiation strategies to close deals. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals. 
• Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and strategic input to enhance service positioning. 
• Mentor junior BD staff on communication, sales, and client engagement best practices. 
• Represent the company in networking events, webinars, and client meetings. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 

  6 years of proven experience

   in 

  IT business development or sales consulting

  . 
• Strong understanding of software development services, outsourcing models, and client acquisition channels. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Proven ability to generate revenue through strategic client partnerships. 
• Experience handling international clients across different time zones. 
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management platforms, and proposal writing.
