Role Overview:

Business Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and online channels.
• Pitch Peachy Peapod Marketing’s services to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with our internal team to propose customized marketing solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for new business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in marketing, advertising, or creative industries).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong professional network and relationship-building ability.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services will be an advantage.

Compensation:

• Commission Basis:

  20–30% on every successfully closed project (depending on project size and scope).
• No fixed salary. High earning potential based on performance.
