Job Description

1. Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate, you will manage two core functions:

Part-time Closer

● Handle sales calls with qualified leads

● Understand their business challenges

● Help them decide if our mentorship/programs are the right fit

Part-time Setter / Coordinator

● Outbound calls and discovery calls

● Pre-qualification before the final consultation call

● Coordination, follow-ups, and ensuring lead hygiene

You will work directly with Abdul (Founder & CEO) and help fashion entrepreneurs

grow their brands.

Ideal Candidate:

● Interested in marketing, fashion, entrepreneurship

2. Compensation Structure

Base Pay (Fixed):

₹12,000 per month

Commission (Variable):

5% flat on cash collected from the sales you close.

Example:

Program fee: ₹2,00,000 + 18% GST

If a client pays ₹1,00,000 upfront → You earn ₹5,000

When the remaining ₹1,00,000 is collected → You earn another ₹5,000Your earnings grow directly with your closing skills.

3. Timeline to KPIs & Training Phase

If you have prior BD/Sales experience: KPI active in 1 month

If you are a fresher: KPI active in 2 months

You will receive training for:

● Sales scripts and frameworks

● Understanding our customer avatar

● CRM usage, tracking systems, call flows

4. Monthly KPIs (Once Active)

● 100–120 applications handled per month

● 55 scheduled calls

● 48 attended live calls

● 3–4 half-closes (8–10%)

Performance depends on:

● Quality of qualified calls

● Conversions to paying clients

● Discovery quality and follow-ups

5. Promotion & Demotion Criteria

Promotion Path:

Business Development Associate → Growth Consultant / Senior BDA

Requirements:

● Consistently close 3–4 sales/month

● Maintain CRM hygiene & EOD reporting

● Strong call ownership and tonality

Demotion Criteria:

Shift to setter-only role if:

● Closing 1–2 sales or less in a month

● Missing follow-ups, poor CRM hygiene, lack of discipline

6. Sample Daily Routine (IST)

8:00 AM – Morning routine

Meditation, review goals, breakfast

9:30 AM – Huddle meeting

Daily sync, targets, objections10:00 AM – Outbound & discovery calls

Calling booked leads, pre-qualification

1:00 PM – Mock practice call

Role plays, scripts, objections

1:30 PM – Lunch break

2:00 PM – Sales calls

Live consultations, program presentation, half-close/close

7:00 PM – End of Day

CRM updates, tracking sheets, day learnings

9:00 PM – Dinner

9:30 PM – Family / social time

11:00 PM – Sleep

Discipline in work blocks & EOD reporting is required.

7. Training & Coaching Support

2× per week – Setter Q&A

● Objection handling

● Script improvement

● Discovery enhancement

2× per week – Sales Clinics

● Call reviews

● Tonality and structure feedback

● Live drills

8. Work Mode & Reporting

Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Reporting To: Abdul (Founder & CEO)

Responsibilities include:

● Calls with fashion brand founders

● Lead pre-qualification
