Role Overview

As a

Digital Marketing Manager

, you will

own the growth of 3–4 premium fashion brands end-to-end.

This is a

leadership role

where you’ll create strategies, guide creative direction, and oversee every stage of a brand’s digital journey—from content planning and advertising to conversion optimization and retention marketing. You will lead a small team of executives/designers and work directly with founders to achieve measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take complete responsibility for 3–4 assigned fashion brands (including saree brands), ensuring steady month-on-month growth.
  • Create integrated digital marketing strategies covering content, paid ads, and retention flows.
  • Plan, launch, and scale high-budget campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms, meeting ROAS and CPA goals.
  • Oversee monthly content calendars (Reels, Stories, Posts) to keep brand messaging consistent.
  • Manage product catalogs, checkout flows, and on-site conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Set up and optimize WhatsApp and email automations, including abandoned-cart recovery and re-engagement sequences.
  • Track KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CAC, and AOV. Present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Guide and mentor a small team of marketing executives, content creators, and designers to deliver exceptional output.
  • Coordinate with brand founders to align marketing actions with sales targets and creative vision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in fashion eCommerce or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts simultaneously with clear growth accountability.
  • Blend of creative thinking and data-driven execution.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team and coordinate with clients.
  • Passion for fashion and trends, with an eye for brand storytelling.

30-60-90 Day Milestones

30 Days:

Understand all WePix systems, onboard assigned brands, and launch initial campaigns.

60 Days

: Independently manage and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) by at least 10%.

90 Days:

Fully own 3–4 brands with a combined monthly ad spend of ₹15–20L, ensuring consistent growth and client satisfaction.
