Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Lead to manage and scale 3–4 fashion brands end-to-end. This includes complete ownership of content strategy, paid ads on Meta and Google, Shopify growth funnels, and WhatsApp automation flows. The ideal candidate will be accountable for delivering consistent revenue growth, driving engagement, and ensuring that each assigned brand meets its monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own growth of 3–4 fashion eCommerce brands across marketing, content, and automation.
• Plan, execute & optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for ROAS-driven results.
• Strategize and oversee content calendars (Reels, Stories, Static Posts) aligned with brand identity.
• Manage Shopify storefronts (basic CRO, offers, product updates).
• Build and optimize WhatsApp & Email marketing flows for retention and re-engagement.
• Track and improve key metrics (AOV, ROAS, CTR, CAC, ATC, IC, Conversions).
• Prepare weekly growth reports for each brand and present to Founder.
• Collaborate with design and dev teams to execute growth campaigns.
• Innovate new growth experiments to drive consistent results.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing fashion / D2C brands preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, and WhatsApp Flows.
• Understanding of analytics dashboards, KPIs, and eCommerce funnels.
• Ability to lead content-driven marketing and work with creative teams.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and growth mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
