Job Description

Industry: EdTech & Finance (Trading Courses) Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years About the Role We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the EdTech & Finance sector. You will be responsible for driving sales of our trading education programs by connecting with working professionals and aspiring traders (“dreamers”) who want to learn and grow in the stock market. This role is a mix of lead generation, client engagement, and closing sales. You will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building long-term relationships with learners. Key Responsibilities Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (working professionals & trading aspirants). Convert inbound/outbound leads into enrollments for our trading courses. Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and suggest the right programs. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in terms of conversions and revenue. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/trackers. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on financial markets, trading trends, and competitors to position our offerings effectively. Requirements 1–2 years of proven sales experience in EdTech, Finance, or related industries. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and build rapport with diverse clients. Target-oriented with a self-driven and disciplined work approach. Comfortable with making multiple calls daily and following up consistently. Proficiency in English, Hindi is mandatory. Fluency in Marathi will be a plus Basic understanding of finance, stock markets, or trading is preferred (training will be provided). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of leads converted into enrollments. Daily outreach/calls and follow-ups completed. Revenue generated through course sales.
