Comfortable with making multiple calls daily and following up consistently. Proficiency in English (regional languages like Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, or Marathi will be a plus). Basic understanding of finance, stock markets, or trading is preferred (training will be provided). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of leads converted into enrollments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on trading/investing experience, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning for beginners and intermediate learners. Key Responsibilities Conduct live and recorded classes on stock market topics (F&O, mutual funds, technical & fundamental analysis). Design course content, study material, and assignments tailored to different learner levels. Provide real-world insights, case studies, and trading strategies to make learning practical and interactive. Mentor students by answering queries, guiding them on trading platforms, and helping them build confidence. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English / Hindi / Regional Language (as required). Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or corporate training is an added advantage.
