Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, and continuously improving customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation Team Management and Leadership skills Ability to identify and pursue new Business Opportunities Strong Analytical and Reporting skills Excellent Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the Greater Kolkata market and knowledge of local business practices is a plus
