Company Description We are led by Shardul Nandapurkar (IG: @buildwith.purpose) who is brand strategy coach for more than 8 years now and has worked on projects with brands like L'oreal Spain, Le Tanneur, Chanel, Havas Media and consulted more than 200+ plus founders get clarity about their brands through his workshops. We’re building a community-first consulting platform for founders and creators in fashion, beauty, food, and lifestyle DTC categories. Our flagship program — built on the Skool platform — helps early-stage brand owners identify their white space, clarify positioning, and grow with strategy, not guesswork. Our clients are entrepreneurs, solo brand owners, and emerging DTC teams from across India, Southeast Asia, and Australia. Role Description As a Business Development Associate , your mission is simple: 👉 Connect with founders who are building product-first brands… and show them why positioning is their growth unlock. You'll help us not just grow the community by driving: Enrollments into our Skool-based recorded + coaching program 1:1 brand clarity sessions Partnership opportunities with brand studios and incubators Also pitch growing/established brands in the DTC landscape. but also: …but also, 👉 Pitch strategic brand projects to funded and fast-growing DTC brands who need sharper positioning, market expansion support, or storytelling clarity. You’ll identify high-potential brands that have product-market fit but lack clear differentiation — and introduce them to our tailored consulting offers like: Brand audits Repositioning sprints New category launch strategy Founder-led narrative building Go-to-market clarity for international expansion Your role isn’t just about selling — it’s about spotting white space in someone else’s brand… and helping them unlock it with us. Qualifications Excellent presentation Skills and Communication (fluency in english is a must) Lead Generation and Market Research Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in business development or sales role Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in an agency is a plus but not mandatory at least 2-3 years experience pitching to clients and doing sales calls is a must.
