Sales Associates

  1. Location

    : M.G Road, Bengaluru
  2. Language Required:

    Fluency in English and Hindi speaking both.
  3. CTC

    : Up to 7.20 LPA (Subject to communication skills, experience and last drawn).
  4. Interview Mode

    : Virtual / Walk-in.

What You'll Do:

  • Full-Cycle Sales:

    Manage the entire sales process for a portfolio of accounts, from prospecting and initial outreach to conducting course demos, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Lead Management:

    Follow up on inbound leads and actively prospect for new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and showing them how company's solutions can help them achieve their goals.
  • Product Expertise:

    Become an expert on company's products and services, effectively communicating their value and benefits to a diverse audience.
  • CRM Management:

    Accurately log all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system to ensure a clear record of progress.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide valuable market feedback.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or business development role within the

    EdTech

    industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • A self-starter who is highly organized and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A natural problem-solver who can listen to client challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Passionate about technology and its potential to improve education.
