Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through customer acquisition methods and achieve monthly targets.
  • Market Go Alpha’s sports engagement programs to preschools and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct field visits to preschools and build long-lasting relationships with decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and MIS reports.
  • Develop creative sales strategies and execute effective “go-to-market” approaches.
  • Identify new opportunities, emerging markets, and competitor trends.
  • Consistently meet revenue targets with a strong focus on closing deals.
  • Handle operations and sales in two cities (Bangalore and Hyderabad), with occasional travel to Bangalore as required.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/field sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with 75% field travel.
  • Go-getter attitude with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Strong target-oriented and result-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Field sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
