Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medicinal Plant Advisor located in New Delhi, with some work from home acceptable. The Medicinal Plant Advisor will be responsible for offering expert advice on the cultivation, harvest, and utilization of medicinal plants. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on plant properties, advising on sustainable agricultural practices, developing cultivation plans, and collaborating with farmers and researchers. The role also involves preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training and guidance to field teams. Qualifications Expertise in Medicinal Plant Cultivation, Plant Research, and Sustainable Agricultural Practices Strong knowledge of Plant Properties, Quality Control, and Compliance with Agricultural Regulations Proficiency in Report Preparation, Data Analysis, and Documentation Excellent communication, training, and team collaboration skills Ability to work independently as well as in a hybrid environment Experience in the agricultural industry or related field is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Botany, Agriculture, or related field
