Business Development Associate – Wallin Architects Location: Kochi Job Type: Full-time About Us: Wallin Architects is a fast-growing architectural and interior design firm known for innovation, creativity, and client satisfaction. We are expanding our business team and looking for passionate and driven individuals to join us as Business Development Associates (BDA). Role & Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients for architectural and design projects Build and maintain strong client relationships Support the team in marketing and sales activities Ensure smooth communication between clients and design teams Achieve sales and business targets set by the management Salary & Benefits: Fresher Package: ₹12,500/month (first 2 months training period) Post-training: ₹25,000/month (based on performance) High performers: Earn up to ₹50,000 + attractive incentives Work Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Incentive structure to reward consistent and strong performance What We’re Looking For: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for client engagement and business growth Self-motivated and target-driven personality Why Join Us?
