Hiring

Business Development Associates

to help expand the customer base and drive growth. In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the sales and marketing teams in achieving revenue goals.

Salary

: INR 15,00,000 - 30,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise accounts directly and via channel partners.
  • Handle inbound leads from trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns, qualifying and converting them into enterprise opportunities.
  • Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ABM tools) to target enterprise accounts globally.
  • Maintain CRM discipline: clean pipelines, accurate projections, and deal tracking.
  • Support and co-own enterprise SaaS deal cycles: technical evaluations, security reviews, PoCs, and contract structuring.
  • Drive multi-stakeholder follow-ups (CIOs, IT, Procurement, Ops) to ensure progress.
  • Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs.
