We partner with schools, universities, and corporates to deliver transformative learning experiences. Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive student enrollments and revenue growth through strategic partnerships with educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in Maharashtra's education sector, particularly in Pune and Pune regions, with proven experience in lead generation, stakeholder engagement, and event management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Revenue Growth: Identify and convert prospective student leads into admissions to achieve enrollment targets. Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue through course admissions. Track and report on lead conversion metrics and sales performance. 2. Institutional Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Conduct regular visits to colleges, universities, and coaching centers to build partnerships. Network with principals, professors, placement officers, and education influencers to promote programs. Negotiate and formalize collaborations (MoUs, affiliate programs, etc.). 3. Event Planning & Promotions Organize seminars, webinars, workshops, and education fairs to attract students. Represent the company at career counseling sessions and institutional events. Coordinate with marketing teams to amplify outreach. 4. Regional Market Expertise Leverage in-depth knowledge of Pune market to tailor outreach strategies. Monitor regional education trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. 5. Performance Tracking & Strategy Maintain a database of leads, conversions, and stakeholder interactions. Provide insights to refine business development approaches. Skills & Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BTech/BE, MBA preferred). 0 - 2 years in business development, admissions, or sales (education sector highly desirable). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Preferred Attributes: Existing network with colleges/universities in Pune is an added advantage. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting targets. Ability to work independently. Why Join Us?
