About the Role

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Schedule meetings and product demos with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services as solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on lead generation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Prior experience in EdTech, IT, or service-based industries is an added advantage.
