The Role: Inbound Sales & Business Development Manager

Location: A-5 Grovy Optiva, Sector 68, Noida , Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based
Start Date: Immediate
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Probation Period: 1 month

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Performance Bonus: Additional incentive based on targets achieved

What You'll Do

This is an inbound sales role - meaning customers reach out to us first through our website, referrals, or partner channels. This is NOT a field sales or cold-calling position.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales Cycle Management (2-5 days average):

  • Handle inbound inquiries from prospective customers via phone, email, and online chat
  • Guide customers through our service offerings and pricing
  • Address questions, concerns, and objections with confidence
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Follow up persistently but professionally until deal closure

Customer Experience:

  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) scores
  • Generate positive reviews and testimonials
  • Provide exceptional service that turns customers into advocates

Sales Operations:

  • Manage and update leads in CRM.
  • Track sales funnel metrics and identify drop-off points
  • Maintain and improve sales scripts based on customer feedback
  • Forecast monthly performance and report to management
  • Coordinate with operations team for service delivery

Growth Opportunity:
High performers can expect team handling and managerial responsibilities within 6-12 months, including mentoring junior team members and owning team targets.

Who We're Looking ForMust-Have Requirements:

Communication Skills (Critical):

  • Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and pleasant tone
  • Strong written English with impeccable grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Ability to articulate complex information in simple terms
  • Professional phone etiquette and email communication
  • Well-spoken and articulate - you should sound confident and credible on calls

Experience:

  • 1-4 years in Inside Sales or Business Development (B2C or B2B)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Pre-sales or consultative sales experience is a plus
  • Experience in service-based industries preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Quick learner for new software and tools

Sales Competencies:

  • Understanding of sales funnels, conversion metrics, and forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills - ability to turn objections into opportunities
  • Persistence in follow-ups and closing deals
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Consultative selling approach (solution-focused, not pushy)
