We're seeking a motivated and results-driven fresher to join our team as a Business Development Associate. As a BDA, you'll be responsible for promoting our trading software and services to potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Promote our trading software and services to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings
- Build relationships with clients, understand their trading needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Support the sales team in achieving targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Basic understanding of trading and finance is a plus, but not necessary
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with CRM software
