Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  Use LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify potential clients and create a strong pipeline through digital outreach.

• Appointment Setting:

  Reach out to potential clients and key decision-makers through cold messaging or calls to schedule meetings, understand client needs, and present our offerings.

• Client Acquisition:

  Support client acquisition efforts by leveraging digital tools, participating in virtual networking, and engaging in online events to identify growth opportunities.

• Relationship Management:

  Develop a client-first approach by understanding individual business needs and effectively showcasing how our market research solutions can deliver value.

• Sales Targets:

  Work towards achieving sales goals by contributing to new business wins and helping grow existing client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Market Research, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience using LinkedIn and other channels for lead generation.
• 0 - 1 years in appointment setting in market research, consulting, or B2B services industries.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas via digital platforms.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
