Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Head to oversee and manage our operations, lead strategic growth, and ensure the overall well-being of the team. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Provide direction, support, and performance feedback to team leaders and staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 2. Central Operations & Management Oversee the day-to-day functioning of departments including sales, admin, support, and operations. Coordinate with different branches or verticals to ensure alignment with central objectives. Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies and compliance standards. 3. Business Development & Strategy Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies in line with market trends. Analyze business performance metrics and take data-driven decisions to optimize operations. 4. Staff Welfare & Organizational Culture Prioritize employee engagement, satisfaction, and welfare initiatives. Address staff concerns and create a safe, inclusive, and motivating work environment. Drive talent development, training programs, and career progression plans. 5. Reporting & Coordination Regularly report business updates, challenges, and achievements to top management. Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to keep the business on track. Requirements: Proven experience in a senior managerial or business head role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
