Admission Counsellor

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process and helping them make informed decisions about their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Handle enquiries from students and parents via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects. Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests, academic background, and career goals. Maintain follow-up with prospective students to ensure maximum conversions. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing. Keep accurate records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, and admissions. Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and outreach activities as required. Key Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education or counselling background preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and counselling ability. Good knowledge of educational courses and admission trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage. Experience in admission counselling or academic sales is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Qualities: Friendly and empathetic attitude. Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
