About the Role:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients/students, understand their needs, and offer suitable services/products that help them achieve their goals. This role demands strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, social media, and referrals
• Explain the company’s offerings to potential clients (courses, programs, services, etc.)
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales
• Schedule and conduct counseling sessions (online or offline)
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
• Collaborate with marketing and training teams for updated offerings and campaign alignment
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets
• Update CRM and reports regularly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
• Prior experience in edtech, IT sales, or training domain is a plus (not mandatory)
